Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of administrative support or related experience.
• Experience maintaining spreadsheets and trackers with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong reading comprehension and written communication; review vendor forms and agreements.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Project Support: Maintain engagement records and update project statuses.
• Invoicing & Administrative Coordination: Log and track billing, create AR invoices, submit AP invoices.
• Systems & Documentation: Set up SharePoint repos, maintain trackers, ensure documentation standards.
