Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and document quality practices within printing and binding operations.
• Partner with manufacturing teams on the production floor to evaluate product quality.
• Inspect printed and bound materials to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Measure product quality attributes and communicate results to manufacturing and business partners.
• Identify quality issues and escalate concerns to appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Maintain quality documentation and records related to production processes.
