Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Basic math skills including reading rulers with decimals and fractions.
• Basic computer proficiency (Outlook and standard applications).
• Ability to evaluate product quality and communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to work with manufacturing teams on the production floor.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 30 pounds with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and document quality practices within printing and binding operations.
• Partner with manufacturing teams on the production floor to provide hands‑on evaluation of product quality.
• Inspect printed and bound materials to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Measure product quality attributes and communicate results to manufacturing and business partners.
• Identify quality issues and elevate concerns to appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Assist with maintaining quality documentation and records related to production processes.
• Use measuring tools and basic math skills to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to quality performance.
• Maintain a detail‑oriented, quality‑focused approach while working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Comply with all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Perform additional quality or manufacturing support duties as assigned
