Job summary

Quad is seeking a Quality Service Rep to accurately fulfill customer orders by packing product, handling shipments, and supporting quality practices with the manufacturing team. You will document quality checks and assist in evaluating products to meet standards.

The role requires working knowledge of basic computer tools (Outlook, Excel) and safe operation of pallet-jacks and related equipment, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork. This is a full-time hourly position with a competitive rate.

Qualifications

Forklift certification and ability to operate powered equipment.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Strong teamwork skills and effective communication with internal/external contacts.
Basic math skills, reading a ruler, fractions and decimals.
Ability to establish and achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Accurately pack, seal, label and post postage for customer product.
Maintain inventory and alert when stock is low.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet packaging and labeling requirements.
Assess product quality and communicate findings to production partners.
Process outgoing shipments and prepare shipping documents.
