Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical science or related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Graduation date by August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory insight: understand industry regulations and compliance in a controlled environment.
• Hands-on lab and production exposure: work with analytical techniques across the production process.
• Quality systems & analytics: apply GSK quality standards in operations and documentation.
• Risk and compliance: develop understanding of risk management in manufacturing.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with manufacturing, quality, R&D and supply chain.
• Sustainability and continuous improvement: contribute to green initiatives and DMAIC/Lean projects.
