Job summary

GSK is seeking candidates for the Quality Science Graduate Program at Upper Merion, PA. The two-year program offers rotations across manufacturing, quality, R&D and supply chain, with mentoring, training, and leadership exposure.

You will apply scientific and digital skills to real manufacturing challenges, join a supportive team, and develop through structured development plans starting September 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, microbiology, biochemistry, biomedical sciences, chemistry, pharmaceutical science or related field
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Graduation date by August 2027

Responsibilities

• Engage in cross-functional rotations at home site
• Participate in Kaizen and tailored training
• Develop technical expertise in QA, lab, and analytics
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, R&D and supply chain
• Contribute to sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives
