Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Graduation date by August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory insight: learn industry regulations and compliance.
• Hands-on lab and production experience across production process stages.
• Comprehensive quality control to ensure product quality.
• Quality systems & analytics: deviations, CAPA, change control, documentation.
• Risk and compliance understanding for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, quality, R&D, and supply chain.
• Sustainability-focused projects contributing to Net Carbon Zero.
• Continuous improvement: use DMAIC/Lean Six Sigma to drive performance.
