Job summary

GSK is offering a full-time entry-level Quality Control Laboratory Apprentice Program in the US. The program funds an associate degree and starts in September 2027, designed for high school graduates with limited work experience.

Apprentices study part-time while working in biopharma manufacturing facilities. You will rotate through manufacturing facilities, gain hands-on skills in mechanical, electrical and instrumentation areas, and learn GMP while pursuing an accredited qualification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency by June 2027.
• GPA 2.5 or above in core subjects.
• Math, English, biology and chemistry coursework with 2.5+ GPA.
• 0–30 college credits by start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop hands-on technical skills in biopharma manufacturing.
• Rotations across departments with on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain production equipment and ensure GMP compliance.
• Study toward biotechnology or engineering qualifications.
• Support with safety, efficiency and quality improvements.
