Job summary

GSK US invites applications for the Quality Control Laboratory Associate Apprentice Program. This entry‑level opportunity supports hands‑on training while pursuing an associate degree funded by GSK.

You will rotate through manufacturing and QC labs, learn GMP practices and equipment maintenance, and study towards an associate degree at a partner college. Starting Sept 2027, applicants must meet education requirements and live within commutable distance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency by June 2027.
• GPA 2.5 (B) or above on 4.0 scale.
• Algebra and Geometry or 2 math units with GPA 2.5+.
• English with GPA 2.5+; Biology and Chemistry GPA 2.5+.
• 0–30 college credits at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Develop hands-on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation skills.
• Learn to maintain production equipment.
• Carry out routine maintenance and diagnose breakdowns.
• Assist with design, installation and test of new equipment.
• Operate in GMP-aligned processes and calibrate equipment.
• Contribute to safety, efficiency, and quality improvements.
