Job summary

Keeco, LLC is seeking a QA & Sample Manager to provide strategic leadership and daily management of Quality Assurance and the Sample Production workflow within the Fayetteville facility. You will unify quality standard execution with high-precision sample fulfillment while guiding QA inspectors and the Sample Maker team.

The role requires 5–8 years in quality management in automated manufacturing, with strong knowledge of textile operations and ISO 9001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or business field preferred or AA/AS equivalent.
• Minimum 5–8 years of quality control/assurance leadership in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and multi‑department leadership.
• Experience supervising QA inspectors and sample staff in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Quality Assurance and Sample departments.
• Directly supervise the QA staff and Sample team operations.
• Oversee receiving, WIP, and finished goods inspection procedures.
• Manage audits including CSA representations and vendor compliance.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead new product launches and ensure customer/vendor requirements are met.
