Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in a similar Quality position.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Acrobat Pro, and PACE.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end coordination of production samples in a print and mail environment.
• Collect internal and external samples and conduct quality reviews to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the PACE system.
• Organize and preserve job bag samples for reference and compliance.
• Prepare samples for shipment to clients, vendors, or internal stakeholders.
