Job summary

Staffmark Group in Blue Ash, OH is hiring a Sample Coordinator to oversee end-to-end coordination of production samples in a print and mail environment. You will collect samples, perform quality reviews, maintain records in the PACE system, and prepare samples for shipment to clients, vendors, or internal stakeholders.

Requires a high school diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Four years of quality assurance or related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 required.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and PACE preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect production samples from manufacturing lines, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct visual and physical inspections to verify print quality and mailing compliance.
• Identify defects and communicate findings for corrective action.
• Maintain accurate sample records and quality documentation in PACE.
• Organize and manage job bag samples for compliance and audit readiness.
• Prepare, package, label, and coordinate shipment of samples.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
