Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in a similar quality position.
• Proficient with MS Office 365, Acrobat Pro, and PACE.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end production samples across internal and external sources.
• Perform thorough quality reviews to ensure pieces meet standards.
• Maintain accurate information in the PACE system.
• Organize and preserve job bag samples for reference and compliance.
• Prepare samples for shipment to clients, vendors, or internal stakeholders.
• Support quality audits and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate defects and resolutions to relevant teams.
• Lift and move samples as needed and maintain a safe work environment.
