Job summary

Seven Seas Water Group seeks a Quality Specialist to build and run safety and quality systems behind our plant operations in Tampa. You will lead QA/QC programs, audits, and documentation to support audits and safe work practices across field and office environments.

You will collaborate with EHS and Engineering to standardize procedures, improve workflows, and provide KPI-driven reporting for leadership and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related discipline; construction/industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to map, analyze, and improve workflows into repeatable systems.
• Comfort working in both office and active field or construction environments.
• Commitment to safety and accountability across teams.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and run QA/QC systems and documentation to ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct field inspections, process audits, and quality reviews.
• Standardize SOPs and work instructions across units.
• Create a centralized, asset-linked documentation system for maintenance.
• Partner with Engineering on a handover process from engineering to operations.
