Job summary

Seven Seas Water Group seeks a Quality Specialist to build and run the quality and safety systems behind our water and wastewater operations in Tampa. You’ll stand up processes and documentation to keep audits ready and sites safe, collaborating with engineering, construction, project management, and operations.

You’ll own QA/QC systems to ISO 9001, drive field inspections and process audits, and develop training content and an evidence preservation process so nothing is lost after incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or closely related technical discipline.
• Process mindset to map, analyze, and improve workflows.
• Comfort working in both office and active field or construction environments.
• Personal commitment to working safely and holding others accountable.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain QA/QC systems and documentation to ISO 9001 standards.
• Run field inspections, process audits, and quality reviews across units.
• Standardize operating procedures and work instructions across business units.
• Stand up a centralized, asset-linked documentation system for maintenance procedures and manuals.
• Partner with Engineering on a standardized handover from engineering to ops with clear ownership.
• Turn quality and safety data into KPIs, trend analyses, and leadership-ready reports.
