Job summary

Madix Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead safety and quality initiatives in the production department. You will drive Lean processes, manage staff, and ensure 0 accidents while meeting production targets and audits.

The role requires supervisory experience in manufacturing, a BS degree in manufacturing leadership or equivalent, and strong communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred. Onsite with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS degree in manufacturing leadership or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading safety, quality and CI initiatives in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment with 0 accidents.
• Coach, mentor, and appraise staff; enforce policies and procedures.
• Oversee QA and document control; manage audits and continuous improvement efforts.
• Monitor production workflow, set process variables, and report results to management.
• Ensure training and documentation are up to date; support calibration/testing programs.
