Job summary

Madix Inc. is seeking a manufacturing leader to drive results in our Alabama operation. The role focuses on establishing priorities, coaching staff, and ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across production lines.

You will read schedules, monitor processes, and implement action plans while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet daily production goals. High school diploma or degree in manufacturing operations is preferred, with 2+ years in a similar leadership role.

Qualifications

• Lean process knowledge preferred and applied to improve efficiency.
• English required; Spanish is a plus for bilingual teams.
• Strong communication, teamwork and adaptability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish priorities, communicate expectations, plan and monitor results.
• Coach and mentor staff; enforce systems, policies and procedures.
• Improve operating efficiencies, equipment performance, safety and quality.
• Read charts, schedules and reports to determine production needs and actions.
• Handle administration such as attendance, holiday planning, and safety issues.
