Job summary

This role collaborates with operations to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, occupational health and safety, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years in quality and safety management in manufacturing, preferably metal fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO 9001 implementation, certification, and ongoing compliance.
• Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Conduct internal audits and manage third-party audits.
• Oversee inspection processes to ensure product quality meets customer specs.
• Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain a comprehensive workplace safety program and OSHA compliance.
• Lead safety training and promote safety awareness across the organization.
