Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas seeks a Manager of Quality and Safety to oversee the hospital system's safety and quality initiatives. You will guide a clinical quality and patient safety team to hardwire High Reliability Organization principles into clinical workflows, ensuring safe, evidence-based, compliant care across sites.

The role requires RN or APP licensure in good standing, a Bachelor's degree, and 3–5 years of clinical practice with 3–5 years in patient safety or quality leadership.

Qualifications

• RN or APP licensure in good standing and eligibility to practice in Arkansas.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of clinical practice plus 3–5 years in patient safety/quality leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily safety and quality initiatives across the hospital system.
• Lead a clinical quality and patient safety team to embed HRO principles.
• Coordinate safety event investigations and root cause analyses (RCAs).
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting body requirements.
