Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Active RN License issued by the state of Kentucky.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s patient safety program and advance a culture of safety and high reliability.
• Collaborate with leadership, physicians, nursing and interdisciplinary teams to reduce preventable harm and improve clinical outcomes.
• Promote continuous learning through training, proactive risk identification, performance improvement, and evidence-based patient safety practices.
