Job summary

State of Arkansas, at the Southeast Arkansas Human Development Center in Warren, AR, seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor/Expert with strong leadership and QA expertise. You will develop and enhance quality systems to meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.

You will lead audits, drive continuous improvements, mentor staff, and partner with production, product development, and supply chain teams to optimize quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in quality assurance or quality control.
• Experience leading quality programs, managing high-level audits, and driving process improvement; supervisory or senior role.
• Experience in highly regulated industries or in organizations with complex manufacturing or service delivery processes may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain QA policies and procedures that align with ISO standards.
• Oversee and refine the quality management system for compliance and excellence.
• Lead complex quality audits, inspections, and process evaluations to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Use data analytics and statistics to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor QA personnel and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize quality control processes.
