• Registered Nurse in good standing with the state of Arkansas.
• BSN is required and a Masters degree is preferred.
• 2 years of managerial/leadership experience preferred.
• Specialty Certification of unit area is preferred.
• CPR, ACLS and related competencies are required (will provide).

Responsibilities

• Supervise one or more units and oversee Employees, Quality, Patient Satisfaction, Finances, Strategic Goals and System goals.
• Ensure compliance with Arkansas State Board of Nursing and Baptist Health policies.
