Job summary

Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Safety & Quality Coordinator to support the Quality Assurance, safety and DBA tasks. You will assist the Quality & Safety Director in ensuring compliance with DOL for DBA claims as well as ANSI PSC 1-2012 standards and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities include collecting DBA claims data for submittal, coordinating with insurance carriers, and supporting the development and implementation of quality processes and procedures across the business unit.

Qualifications

• Action oriented; able to manage ambiguity and drive for results.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and statistical process theory.
• Adept in use of software and systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; strategic thinking.
• Awareness of Federal and State regulatory requirements on ANSI PSC 1-2012 standards.

Responsibilities

• Collect DBA claims information for submittal to DOL.
• Assist in planning and executing quality process development and ANSI/ISO standards implementation.
• Help establish and maintain quality control policies and procedures.
• Support trend analysis of safety incidents and corrective actions.
