Job summary

SOC LLC is seeking a Safety & Quality Coordinator to support day-to-day quality assurance, safety, and DBA tasks. The role assists the Quality & Safety Director in ensuring DOL compliance for DBA claims and ANSI/contractual quality standards across the business unit.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, 1+ year of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Location: Chantilly, VA; on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of business experience required.
• Action oriented with ability to handle ambiguity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and statistical processes.
• Proficient with software and systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of ANSI PSC 1-2012 standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect DBA claims information for submittal to the DOL and coordinate with insurance carriers.
• Assist in planning and implementing quality processes and ANSI/ISO standards.
• Help establish and maintain QA/QC policies and repeatable procedures.
• Track safety incidents and support corrective actions.
