Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced leader to drive quality improvement and chronic care management initiatives in Hickory, NC. You will oversee CCM program development, audits, and risk mitigation while coordinating with clinicians to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration with 7+ years in healthcare quality/risk management (or Master’s with 5+ years).
• CPHQ/Six Sigma certification or equivalent preferred.
• BSN RN licensure may be required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Quality Management program aligned with best practices and CCM requirements.
• Supervise quality specialists and risk staff; conduct audits and root cause analyses for CCM.
• Identify and implement risk-reduction strategies to protect patient safety in chronic care.
• Analyze CCM data and performance metrics; develop corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, care coordinators to promote safety and chronic disease management.
• Develop and monitor CCM risk management strategies; incident reporting and mitigation.
