Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Quality, Social Work or related health field.
• 3–5 years of healthcare quality improvement experience.
• Knowledge of quality metrics like HEDIS or GPRA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads organization-wide quality improvement initiatives using data-driven methods.
• Develops and monitors the Quality Management Plan and Work Plan.
• Oversees clinical quality metrics such as UDS, HEDIS and GPRA.
• Coordinates patient engagement in preventive health measures.
• Maintains policies related to quality improvement and patient safety.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and accreditation standards.
