Mach Industries in Huntington Beach is seeking a Quality Reliability Specialist to sustain the day-to-day quality systems that support engineering reliability, nonconformance handling, and traceability across production and supplier activities.

You will manage nonconformance records, coordinate inspections, maintain quality records and document control, and support internal audits and early-process quality improvements. Some travel of up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on quality operations experience in hardware environments.
• Experience maintaining nonconformance, material review and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of containment, disposition, inspection records and traceability.
• Ability to drive closure and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Ability to work in production and inspection environments with multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Execute and sustain nonconformance, MRB, corrective action and issue tracking workflows for production and engineering hardware.
• Create, maintain, and close nonconformance records with containment, disposition and evidence.
• Coordinate source, receiving, in-process and final inspections with clear records.
• Support MRB activities and corrective actions with information, approvals and follow-up.
• Maintain quality records, document revisions, audit checklists and document-control activities.
• Support internal quality audits and early-process implementation with records and action tracking.
• Maintain inventory and traceability for material, components and serialized hardware.
• Prepare records and communicate open risks to production, suppliers and customers.
• Quarterly projects to use production tools like FMEA, Control Plans, Measurement Analysis.
• Up to 50% travel.
