Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a regulated manufacturing organization that supports highly controlled, safety-critical products and services. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet stringent quality, reliability, and compliance standards while supporting disciplined and dependable operations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on quality leader with experience supervising inspection and reliability activities in regulated environments. This role requires strong procedural discipline, the ability to lead technical teams, and close collaboration with engineering, operations, and supply chain partners to resolve quality and reliability issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily quality and reliability activities supporting manufacturing, repair, and service operations
- Oversee inspections, testing, and verifications to ensure compliance with approved procedures, drawings, and specifications
- Supervise, coach, and assign work to quality and reliability technicians across multiple inspection stages
- Support investigations, nonconformance resolution, and corrective and preventive action activities
- Partner cross-functionally to address quality risks, process changes, and reliability concerns
- Support audits, documentation control, traceability, and continuous improvement of quality processes
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent technical experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in quality, inspection, reliability, or manufacturing support roles
- Prior experience leading or supervising inspectors or technical personnel
- Strong knowledge of inspection methods, technical drawings, specifications, and measurement tools
- Experience working within regulated quality systems such as ISO 9001 or similar frameworks
- U.S. Citizenship required due to government-controlled program requirements
