This role partners with engineering to proactively identify and mitigate design risks, ensuring product performance meets customer and regulatory expectations. You will lead APQP activities in manufacturing launches, institutionalize PFMEA and Control Plans, and drive Six Sigma-based improvements across the organization with hands-on coaching and structured

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in related work experience.
• Master’s Degree in Reliability Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the integration of quality, reliability, and robustness into product design and development using APQP, DFMEA, and Design for Six Sigma.
• Partner with engineering to mitigate design risks and ensure product performance meets customer/regulatory expectations.
• Serve as escalation point for quality issues and lead containment and resolution.
• Lead APQP during manufacturing launches with PFMEA, Control Plans and Reaction plans integration.
