Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation, Inc. is seeking a senior quality leader to drive reliability and robustness in New Product Development.

You will lead the integration of quality systems, guide APQP during launches, and mentor teams in PFMEA and Six Sigma methods to achieve reduced warranty and improved FPY. The role requires extensive experience in manufacturing quality, exposure to design for reliability, and strong collaboration with senior leaders to execute strategic quality initiatives across global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of related work experience in quality or manufacturing.
• Master’s in Reliability Engineering or equivalent is a plus.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Excellent project management, prioritization and business acumen.
• Demonstrated hands on Design for Reliability, Design for Robustness or Design For Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability and robustness integration in New Product Development.
• Drive warranty reduction using structured problem solving (8D/Six Sigma).
• Improve Quality Management System standards, procedures and processes.
• Be the point person for quality integration in product development.
• Lead APQP activities during manufacturing launches.
• Provide coaching on PFMEA, Control Plans and manufacturing APQP.
