Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation seeks a Senior Manager - Global Manufacturing Process Improvement to lead the design and deployment of worldwide manufacturing standards. You will drive improvement across sites, partnering with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Quality to reduce defects and elevate first-pass yields.

You will champion structured problem solving, PFMEA, Control Plans, and APQP during launches, while guiding teams toward measurable, sustainable results across a global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in manufacturing/continuous improvement roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy global manufacturing process improvement systems and playbooks.
• Own FPY and DPU improvement and drive from analysis to closure.
• Lead zero-defect, prevention-first initiatives across manufacturing.
• Coach teams on structured problem solving and data-driven methods.
