Job summary

Intel in Hillsboro, Oregon seeks a Quality and Reliability Engineer (QRE) to join the Foundry Quality, Reliability, and Labs team. The role involves on-site work with evening meetings, handling customer quality issues, and driving improvements across cross-functional teams in a high-volume semiconductor environment.

You will analyze data, coordinate with partners, and lead new technology certifications, with on-call duties as part of the rotation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, semiconductor fabrication, and quality assessment.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer quality issues for internal and external products.
• Extract and analyze data to support risk assessment of suspect or non-conforming material.
• Lead and coordinate with downstream partners to manage excursions and investigations.
