  • Perform detailed failure analysis to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions for yield improvement.
  • Collaborate with design, architecture, verification, and manufacturing teams to optimize performance and resolve issues.
  • Define and maintain quality standards, specifications, and release criteria across the product lifecycle.
  • Design and validate complex test methods, equipment, and automated solutions for production environments.
  • Conduct circuit characterization and statistical evaluation to ensure compliance with specs.
