Job Description:
- This role supports compliance, quality improvement, infection prevention, OASIS review, survey readiness, and operational oversight for home health services. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, regulatory knowledge, and a collaborative approach to supporting safe, high-quality patient care.
- Lead and support home health quality improvement activities.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations.
- Help maintain survey readiness and support accreditation or regulatory visits.
- Review policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance.
- Track quality metrics, trends, and corrective action plans.
- Support incident review, risk reduction, and patient safety efforts.
- Serve as Alternate Administrator and provide leadership support as needed.
- Partner with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to improve outcomes.
- Assist with staff education related to quality and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits, chart reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Assist with staff education related to quality, regulatory requirements, infection prevention, and OASIS documentation.
- Support audits, chart reviews, OASIS review, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Help develop and monitor infection prevention practices and related education.
Qualifications:
- Wisconsin RN license required.
- Previous RN experience required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in home health, Medicare Conditions of Participation, OASIS assessments, quality, compliance, or regulatory oversight preferred.
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and documentation standards, along with the ability to analyze data and turn findings into action preferred.
