Our 23-bed Cardiac Unit is a specialized unit that focuses on the care and treatment of patients with various cardiac conditions. On the unit, our care team provides continuous monitoring and medication management as well as providing post-operative care for those who have undergone cardiac procedures or surgeries. Our staff is trained to address the unique needs of everyone with cardiac-related issues, while providing a supportive environment for recovery and any ongoing treatment.
The Team Facilitator role is responsible for maintaining high standards of nursing care, supporting individual performance, and ensuring accountability for department operations. The Team Facilitator provides day-to-day leadership and clinical oversight for nursing staff, serves as a clinical resource for nurses and other care team members, and participates in quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with clinicians and other disciplines.
Team Facilitators also support the employee evaluation process, promote efficient and cost-effective patient care, and resources staff as needed. In partnership with other departments, the Team Facilitator contributes to decision-making and policy development to help ensure the highest standards of care are met. Community involvement and collaboration are encouraged.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.
Wisconsin RN license required .
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
1-2 years of RN experience preferred.
Leadership experience preferred.
