Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Quality & Regulatory Lead Specialist in Lockbourne, OH. The role supports daily compliance operations, maintains audit-ready records, and communicates policy implications to stakeholders.

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm; pay is $28.50 per hour, with at least 3+ years of regulated environment experience. Ideal candidates will have exposure to ISO 37301 or equivalent certifications and will lead small teams to ensure quality and regulatory adherence in distribution

Apply today!# **Job Details**This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. **Shift:** Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm**Pay:** $28.50/HR **Responsibilities:** * Supports co-ordination of daily compliance operations across document intake, review, and recordkeeping; rebalance assignments and remove blockers to meet throughput and quality targets.* Owns preparation and accuracy of audit-ready records, logs, and reconciliations; correct discrepancies and implement safeguards to prevent recurrence.* Explains practices, procedures, and policy implications to align stakeholders; prepare concise manager-ready summaries with status, exceptions, options, and recommended paths.* Acts as first-line escalation for complex cases; triage, resolve within authority, or document and escalate with supporting evidence.* Leads day-of operations including task assignment, queue monitoring, and quality checks; coach peers and new staff on standard work and issue resolution.* Diagnoses recurring errors and cycle-time delays using data and observation; modify workflows, templates, and checklists to address control gaps and regulatory updates.* Pilots small automations or tooling enhancements per policy; document outcomes, verify impact, and recommend scale-up or rollback.**Education:** * High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.**Work Experience:** * 3+ years of experience in compliance operations, monitoring, or internal controls within a regulated environment, or a related field required.**Skills and Knowledge:** * Certifications in compliance, audit (e.g., ISO 37301 Lead Implementer or Auditor, CCEP, CIA or equivalent), or equivalent preferred.# ******What Cencora offers******We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
