Cencora is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Operations Specialist to support daily risk and control activities across document intake, review, and recordkeeping in the US. You will coordinate audits, prepare logs, and ensure accurate reconciliations within a regulated environment.

This full-time role includes escalation of complex cases, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and compliance in our AmerisourceBergen-based distribution

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in compliance operations, monitoring, or internal controls in a regulated environment.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Certifications in compliance or audit preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates daily compliance operations across document intake, review, and recordkeeping.
• Owns preparation and accuracy of audit-ready records, logs, and reconciliations; corrects discrepancies.
• Explains practices and policies to align stakeholders; prepares manager-ready summaries with status and options.
• Acts as first-line escalation for complex cases; triage, resolve, or document with evidence.
• Leads day-of operations including task assignment, queue monitoring, and quality checks.
• Diagnoses recurring errors and cycle-time delays; updates workflows and checklists to address gaps.
• Pilots small automations or tooling enhancements; documents outcomes and measures impact.

Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $28.50/HR

Responsibilities

• Supports co-ordination of daily compliance operations across document intake, review, and recordkeeping; rebalance assignments and remove blockers to meet throughput and quality targets.
• Owns preparation and accuracy of audit-ready records, logs, and reconciliations; correct discrepancies and implement safeguards to prevent recurrence.
• Explains practices, procedures, and policy implications to align stakeholders; prepare concise manager-ready summaries with status, exceptions, options, and recommended paths.
• Acts as first-line escalation for complex cases; triage, resolve within authority, or document and elevate with supporting evidence.
• Leads day-of operations including task assignment, queue monitoring, and quality checks; coach peers and new staff on standard work and issue resolution.
• Diagnoses recurring errors and cycle-time delays using data and observation; modify workflows, templates, and checklists to address control gaps and regulatory updates.
• Pilots small automations or tooling enhancements per policy; document outcomes, verify impact, and recommend scale-up or rollback.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

• 3+ years of experience in compliance operations, monitoring, or internal controls within a regulated environment, or a related field required.

Skills And Knowledge

• Certifications in compliance, audit (e.g., ISO 37301 Lead Implementer or Auditor, CCEP, CIA or equivalent), or equivalent preferred.
