Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support daily compliance operations at our Ohio facility. The role focuses on document intake, review, recordkeeping, and audit-ready reporting to ensure regulatory alignment and quality control.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet throughput targets while maintaining accuracy and safeguards. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in compliance or internal controls in regulated environments, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience in compliance operations or internal controls in regulated environments.
• Certifications in compliance or audit preferred (ISO 37301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CCEP, CIA).

Responsibilities

• Supports coordination of daily compliance operations across document intake, review, and recordkeeping.
• Owns preparation and accuracy of audit-ready records, logs, and reconciliations; correct discrepancies and implement safeguards to prevent recurrence.
• Explains practices, procedures, and policy implications to align stakeholders; prepare concise manager-ready summaries with status, exceptions, options, and recommended paths.
• Acts as first-line escalation for complex cases; triage, resolve within authority, or document and escape with supporting evidence.
• Leads day-of operations including task assignment, queue monitoring, and quality checks; coach peers and new staff on standard work and issue resolution.
• Diagnoses recurring errors and cycle-time delays using data and observation; modify workflows, templates, and checklists to address control gaps and regulatory updates.
• Pilots small automations or tooling enhancements per policy; document outcomes, verify impact, and recommend scale-up or rollback.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Pay: $28.50/HR

Responsibilities

• Owns preparation and accuracy of audit-ready records, logs, and reconciliations; correct discrepancies and implement safeguards to prevent recurrence.
• Explains practices, procedures, and policy implications to align stakeholders; prepare concise manager-ready summaries with status, exceptions, options, and recommended paths.
