Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the tracing, circulating, and filing of controlled quality documents to preserve accurate maintenance of the enterprise quality management system.
• Traces CAPA milestones and remediation tasks to collaborate with staff in recording compliance timelines.
• Compiles routine audit readiness materials and logistical arrangements to reinforce inspection activities.
• Enters daily data and checks validation of quality metrics within databases to guard reporting accuracy and traceability.
• Resolves standard administrative quality inquiries and workflow interruptions to preserve day-to-day operational continuity.

Responsibility

• Coordinates the tracing, circulating, and filing of controlled quality documents to preserve accurate maintenance of the enterprise quality management system.
• Traces corrective and preventive action (CAPA) milestones and remediation tasks to collaborate with professional staff in recording critical compliance timelines.
• Compiles routine audit readiness materials and logistical arrangements to reinforce seamless internal and external inspection activities.
• Enters daily data and checks routine validation of quality metrics within established databases to guard reporting accuracy and traceability.
• Resolves standard administrative quality inquiries and workflow interruptions to preserve day-to-day operational continuity across the department.
• Coordinates communication between operational teams and quality management to reinforce the timely exercises and tracing of required compliance training.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Associate's degree in business administration, quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

Work Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, or a related field required.
• Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) or equivalent preferred. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent certification preferred.

State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
