Job summary

SHINE Technologies in Janesville, WI seeks a dedicated Material Handler – Quality Receiving to manage shipping, receiving, stocking, handling and distribution of materials. You’ll ensure an uninterrupted material flow, maintain organized storage, and support GMP/compliance with proper documentation.

The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, use of ERP systems, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. A relevant degree is preferred with at least 2 years warehousing experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years warehousing or related supply chain experience.
• Experience in GMP environment is a plus.
• Experience in utilizing warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts).
• Working knowledge of basic inventory control methods.
• ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365) a plus.
• Good basic computer skills.
• Interact effectively with staff from multiple levels and departments.
• Ability to work in a team environment and take directions while thinking independently.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facility shipping, receiving, stocking and associated administrative tasks.
• Completion of warehouse transactions using inventory control software application.
• Equipment and material movement utilizing forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Periodic inventory of warehouse stock.
• Support manufacturing with kitting and distribution of materials.
• Perform quality receiving inspections of incoming material per cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements.
• Participate in facility safety programs.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.
