Job summary

Prinova US is seeking a Quality and R&D Technician in South Plainfield, NJ to perform organoleptic testing and operate QC analytical instruments such as GC/GC-MS and colorimeters. The role requires maintaining documentation per FDA guidelines and collaborating across departments.

The candidate will manage equipment, ensure quality assurance, and support production with precise testing and data recording in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 3–5 years of experience.
• Equivalents accepted: education plus experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform organoleptic testing and QC instrumentation operation.
• Maintain documentation and records per FDA guidelines for foods.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain equipment and glassware.
• Ensure quality assurance and communicate findings with teams.
