Europastry USA is seeking a motivated R&D Administrator to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will maintain data and information files for products, experiments, ingredients and formulas, and prepare reports across department databases.

In this role you will schedule R&D meetings, manage New Product Requests from Sales, compile daily logs, assist with ingredient approvals including Kosher OU, and help develop SKU initiations and experiment folders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; 2–4 years in an R&D support role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to build relationships.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow instructions and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Maintains data and information files for products, experiments, ingredients, and formulas.
• Prepares R&D reports and manages department databases.
• Schedules and participates in R&D team meetings; prepares agendas and recaps.
• Manages New Product Requests from Sales and maintains cross‑party communication.
• Provides support for R&D with new product experiments and data collection.
• Maintains daily logs and records for research and experiments.
• Organizes, updates, and maintains experiment folders with formulas and specs.
• Assists with Kosher OU program and ingredient approvals.
