Job summary

ITG Brands, a major tobacco company, seeks a Quality Manager for the Greensboro plant to lead the Quality pillar and implement a predictive QMS across manufacturing operations. You will drive FDA/ISO 9001 compliance, collaborate with regional teams, and advance continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in quality systems, IWS pillars, and cross-functional leadership within supply chain and manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred (Quality, Business Management and/ or Productivity).
• Experience in Quality Management Systems and Quality pillar implementation.
• Experience in IWS pillars.
• Experience in different functions of operations/Supply chain.
• Experience in Continuous improvement program/IWS.
• I must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of: Supply Chain Management and Integration.
• Manufacturing Operations and Process engineering.
• Continuous improvement best practices.
• Project Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related discipline and 10+ years of relevant work.

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS key elements implementation for Greensboro plant (FDA/ISO 9001/IWS Quality Pillar).
• Support Imperial Operating Systems pillars implementation and integration with Quality pillars.
• Create a customer centric organization through a predictive quality system based on Q Factors.
• Implement Quality Play book standards.
• Integrate Maintenance & Operations procedures linked with Quality factors.
• Collaborate with local & regional leadership across functions to ensure project execution.
• Lead pest control program.
• Manage material quality program with key suppliers in partnership with procurement.
• Manage Quality Pillar methodology and integration with IOS initiatives.
• Create Quality materials for shopfloor IOS narrative.
• Support cultural change to deliver IOS world class results.
• Build foundation for a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage execution of Initiatives through IQ/OQ/PQ validation.
• Foster strong team culture by modeling GSO Safety & Quality values.
