Job summary

Norres Baggerman seeks a Quality & QMS Coordinator to lead our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and partner with production to improve product quality. You will drive continuous improvement, solve problems on the shop floor and in documentation, and lead audits and corrective actions.

You will train staff, track quality KPIs, and work with teams to ensure compliance with standards while supporting management reviews and calibration records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing quality or quality systems experience.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable on the production floor and in an office environment.
