Your efforts will play a critical role in protecting our customers and our reputation by identifying issues early and maintaining accurate, reliable records that support the operation.

Because this is a custom, high-mix, low-volume job shop environment, you will inspect a wide variety of products rather than the same part repeatedly. In this setting, attention to detail and sound judgment are essential. We are seeking someone who takes pride in doing the job right - someone who is thorough, disciplined, and honest enough to raise concerns when needed, even in challenging situations. Technical skills can be taught, but the right character is what defines an exceptional Quality Coordinator.

Documentation
  • Accurately record inspection results, measurements, and nonconformances.

Support & Collaboration
  • Communicate quality concerns promptly to production, engineering, and the Plant Manager.
  • Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Participate in internal audits and help maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance.
  • Work with process engineering on standards, work instructions, and continuous improvement.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate recordkeeping.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and the confidence to identify and elevate issues, even under production pressure
NICE TO HAVE
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 quality management systems.
