A rapidly growing industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Coordinator to support the development and execution of quality systems, inspection processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced production environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to help ensure products are manufactured safely, meet quality standards, and are delivered with exceptional consistency.
What You'll Do
- Support implementation and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
- Conduct quality inspections throughout manufacturing and assembly operations
- Coordinate non-conformance reporting (NCR) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities
- Assist with root cause investigations and problem-solving initiatives
- Monitor quality metrics, defect trends, rework rates, and continuous improvement opportunities
- Partner with production teams to improve processes and reduce quality risks
- Support internal and external quality audits
- Maintain inspection records, quality documentation, and compliance records
- Assist with calibration and maintenance of measurement and inspection equipment
- Help develop and deliver quality and safety training initiatives
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
- Support workplace safety programs, inspections, and compliance activities
- Prepare quality and operational reports for leadership
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Continuous Improvement, or a related field
- Experience working in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, industrial, construction, or production environments
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards preferred
- Familiarity with NCR, CAPA, root cause analysis, and process improvement methodologies
- Strong understanding of quality inspection and documentation processes
- Experience supporting audits and compliance activities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within fabrication, metal manufacturing, industrial equipment, modular construction, or related industries
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and workplace safety practices
- Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- ASQ certifications (CQIA, CQT, CQE, or similar) are a plus
