Job summary

Stratosphere Quality in Anna, Ohio is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer facilities, ensuring products meet quality standards and safety requirements.

The role requires manufacturing leadership experience, offers paid training, PTO from day one, medical/dental, 401(k), and opportunities for advancement; travel to sites is local, with shifts from 4:00pm-12:30am and 10:15pm-7:00am.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Travel to customer facilities locally.
• Experience supervising Quality Inspectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met
• Train and coach team members
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects
