Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead quality inspection teams at customer manufacturing facilities. The role requires manufacturing leadership experience and a proactive approach to ensuring products meet quality standards.

The position operates on a 2nd shift (4:00pm–1:30am) with Monday–Friday schedule and local travel to facilities. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience leading quality inspection teams at customer facilities.
• Ability to problem-solve and drive improvements in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Train and coach team members.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup.
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects.
