Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Project Analyst-Large Assembly to lead day-to-day quality on large generator lines for data center builds. You will respond to Andons, inspect units, and drive containment to ensure on-time shipment.

You will write DMRs, support root-cause analysis, and coordinate with suppliers. This onsite role in Wisconsin offers growth into quality engineering and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Associate's degree with equivalent 2 years of quality experience acceptable.
• 2+ years quality/manufacturing/operations experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to analyze and present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily quality Andons; perform containment and disposition.
• Verify and inspect units per drawings/specifications; screen nonconforming parts.
• Investigate quality holds; manage population and timely disposition.
• Write and manage DMRs for supplier nonconformances; collaborate on RMAs.
• Submit PRs and design change requests; track through implementation.
• Support RCCA/8D investigations with data collection and action tracking.
• Track quality metrics and support process improvement projects.
