Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer, Electrical Assembly to oversee the end-to-end manufacturing and electrical integration of large-scale data center Generators and Enclosures. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring wiring, control panels, and power distribution meet the highest safety and quality standards before shipment.

You will apply NEC/NFPA knowledge, perform quality audits, and drive Lean improvements while coordinating with supply chain for component readiness.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BSEE required; 5–10 years in industrial electrical assembly.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70, NFPA 79.
• Experience with Modular Data Center (MDC) assembly or large-scale power skids preferred.
• Certifications: IPC/WHMA-A-620 (CIS or CIT) preferred.
• UL 508A MTR or equivalent UL panel shop experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing and electrical integration of large-scale data center generators and enclosures.
• Lead a team of electrical assembly technicians; provide technical guidance and quality audits.
• Drive Kaizen/Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve cycle times; coordinate material readiness with Supply Chain.
• Perform FAT, insulation resistance, continuity, and ground-bond testing; review as-built documentation.
